My role as GBM has been focused in mainly three tasks:
/ Support the creation and constant improvement of the Strategic Innovation Pipeline, ensuring the right fit of the current project and the further development of the brand in the future.
/ Concept creation, product designed and development of the first Internet of Things project for the brand. A truly connected bottle that promises to change the way consumers relate with the brand and product in the last 3 feet.
/ Support the brand NPD Process, identifying opportunities for growth, concept creation and product global roll-out management, designing activation strategies able to be customized by local markets
