Responsible for sourcing suppliers and contractors for The Butterfly Effect Festival. The first point of contact for set up and set down of the festival. Full budget management and production of ESMP documents.
Delivered a three month arts and cultural festival called Join the Docks. This involved writing funding briefing, selecting proposals to curate the programme that included, music, art exhibitions, dance and community events. Worked with an external agency to produce an free outdoor lido in the Royal Docks.
Responsible for project managing a new mass participation event for 1000 people called Sleep Walk for Shelter. I worked closely with in-house marketing and design teams to develop the brand, produce social media and printed assets, as well as the website. Press promotion was supported by celebrities Mel C, Mo Gilligan, Julie Adenuga, Nicola Roberts and Edith Bowman. This 10k walk from Liverpool Street Station to Waterloo Station, resulted in 1400 participants raising over £125K.

Responsible for setting up processes for the hire of all event spaces. Producing a hire pack, delivering walk rounds, securing bookings and working with the Operations team to ensure the smooth set up, delivery and set down of all events.
The launch of a night market in partnership with Make Markets, designed to at- tract and retain footfall in the early evening. The series of events was highly suc- cessful attracting 1000 visitors and resulting in winning the award for ‘Improving the Night Time Economy’ from the Association of Town Centre Managers
