Currently Head of Creative Services at the Future Strategy Club (FSC) - where we are redefining the creative agency as a powerful platform for change. With a 400-strong club of talented & passionate members brought together to solve problems through creative thinking and lean execution.
I'm responsible for the running and building of the Delivery team, as well as supporting the growth of Creative Services and providing the leadership and strategy to achieve it. Day to day I work closely with key client accounts and support building top quality project teams from our membership.
I specialise in delivering first class customer & employee experiences. Confidently providing project vision & direction, and thrive being part of a team to design & execute a product or service.
I’ve been involved in leading and delivering global Service Design projects within the Retail and Travel sectors & delivering Digital Transformations across Telecoms and Finance businesses.
Key Clients include: Reuters, NTT Data, Zoetis, Greyhound Buses, Scotiabank, Verizon, Three Mobile, Lloyds Banking Group.
