Responsible for the LYNX account as well as overlooking the marketing of the agency. My time at CRUSH saw the development of the 'YouGold Brotherhood' with activation and a years worth of social content from Anthony Joshua, Dele Alli, Not3s and Michael Dappah. Personally, I overlooked the direction of social output and garnered social engagement with copywriting and delivering assets to appropriate teams. A very hands-on role, the nature of the job spanned working on shoots alongside talent, casting talent for next generation of ambassadors, content creation, research into demographics & ultimately delivering a successful campaign for Unilever, which has positioned the brand in Brandwatch's Top 'Most Improved Brands' - taking the bikini-clad Lynx a long way.
I was chosen as a finalist in the first cohort of the prestigious advertising and art direction scheme; 'Jolt'. The scheme brought me into the world of advertising with an intensive workshop week - including briefs set over the year for Shelter, VICE, KFC, and Pampers, which built my portfolio over the year. My work for Shelter has been featured by their staff - the idea is based on a 'festival' which allows a permanent address for the homeless whilst taking over BoxPark to allow distribution of resources and awareness.
- Deputy Management roles in Site management and logistics during live broadcast. Opening studio at 7am for 2 days a week, with oversight for show recordings. - Content Creation and promotion for shows on social media and outlets - Finding creative ways of understanding and talking to our niche audience. Understanding tone & voice for different genres. - Produced radio for a number of artists: M.I.A, Skepta alongside BBK, Novelist, General Levy, Dele Sosisimi, Alicai Harley. NFTR. - Proof-reading and editing for Video and Web content; Idea curation for future shows - making audio content live in the social media dimension. - Social Media: Enabling a coherent and identified voice that expressed the level of our great programming on Instagram, Twitter, Periscope, Youtube and Facebook. Ensuring there would be a quick changeover from Tweet to Airplay.
