Supervising all production, operations and scheduling of the programs from start to transmission involving deadlines, milestones, and processes. Developed or approved budgets and operations. Resolved complex problems in a challenging work environment Key Achievements: • Project Managed (from a content perspective) the launch of Abu Dhabi Media’s new HD sport channels. From Endemol winning the contract to launch, delivered four new encrypted channels within a tough 4-month time frame. • Won Best Sports Broadcasters 2011 award, for delivering customized EPL coverage to the English and Arabic market in the MENA region • Executive Produced. 30hrs of weekly production of the English Premier League across 3 seasons, and Formula 1. • Initiated and led studio design projects worth $2.1m overseeing; tender, construction, and installation (one of which featured in the image above). • Recruited a multinational team of 50 staff, working as the senior manager for the MENA region. • Discovered ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.
