About me
During my career I have worked at several top London advertising agencies, specialising in design, typography, art direction and branding. At M&C Saatchi I led a team of multi-discipline designers, creating campaign branding, press and poster design, logo design and digital design. During my career I have worked on various award winning accounts such as Transport for London, British Airways, Beck's, Garrard, Krug, Thomas Pink, One You, Virgin Holidays, Heineken, Stella Artois and Regal Cigarettes. Most recently I launched the Lost & Foundry font collection on behalf of The House of St. Barnabas and created a visual identity system for Charabanc, the world’s first luxury in-car fragrance. Currently I am designing logo, identity and packaging for a range of activity sunglasses. Whilst still continuing to develop my new product concepts, Modernist Aesthetics.

PERFECTIONISSMTitle piece for an article by Paul Jordan, ECD at Engine London, in Creative Review. I created the bespoke typography. Half Blackletter, half Brody. And modernised ornamental embellishment over a gradient background. The typestyle, inspired by Blackletter forms has seen the rule book thrown away. • LOST & FOUNDRY
LOST & FOUNDRYA collaboration with Fontsmith, and partnered with the House of St Barnabas, a social enterprise and members club in Soho, London, whose aim is to lift people out of homelessness and back into permanent employment. We photographed signage in and around Soho, then after a period of editing the selection, we painstakingly produced 7 bespoke display fonts, re-imaging the entire alphabet sets, sometimes from just a few remaining original characters. The fonts are being sold via fontsmith online, an
  • MODERNIST AESTHETICS
MODERNIST AESTHETICSThe best things come to those who wait. For the past 2 years I have been talking to manufacturers, trying to decide how to bring this range of silk scarves to life. Inspiration comes from architecture, art, cinema and furniture for now. Modernist Aesthetics is in the detail. Just like Mies said it was. Our aim is to simply present things of great beauty which will be cherished. Final samples have arrived from Italy, handmade from 100% pure Silk on the shores of Lake Garda. We continue to talk to

  • LIGHTS OF SOHO
LIGHTS OF SOHOAll over Soho the developers are taking over, and the little guys are losing out. In the process the area is losing its sense of creativity. Lights of Soho, an independent gallery and creative space, needed to raise awareness of its plight and gain local support. M&C created a platform for protest: #NoArtistsNoArt and launched the world’s first art blackout. We covered up the art in Soho’s most popular restaurants, members clubs, bars and cafes. It revealed what Soho will become if places like L
