Maybe you need practical advice and a like-minded network to support your creative talent in 2016? Join us at the Just Got Made Weekender on the 27 and 28 February, a show celebrating the UK’s Maker Revolution, which we are proud to announce is now taking place at the historic Somerset House, London’s centre of excellence for culture and the arts. Crafty Fox Market exists to support talented emerging designer makers and artists with opportunities to showcase and sell their work. We achieve this by hosting quality pop-up markets in a variety of brilliant venues across London, collaborating with inspiring guest curators all across the creative sector.
Everything we do aims to put independent makers at its heart. Over the past eight years, 100's of designers and artists have been supported by Crafty Fox Market and we are privileged to represent the London design community in this way.
Our events are held in unique locations including nightclubs, artists’ studios, community spaces, and major city landmarks. The markets welcome thousands of visitors through the doors, keen to snap up beautiful products as well as enjoy the relaxed atmosphere accompanied by DJs and drinks. We have also been lucky enough to work on collaborative projects with Battersea Power Station, Etsy.com, Shambala Festival and the Thames Festival, to name just a few.
Keen to support the community beyond physical markets, in 2016 Crafty Fox Market launched a membership programme and online showcase for designer makers, Shopping With Soul. The directory is also directly used as a resource by design journalists, ecommerce platforms, retail buyers and other targeted event organisers to spot the UK's design talent.
