  • Nordea Sweden goes Snapchat
    Nordea Sweden goes SnapchatWe wanted to reach our young customers and potential customers. So we started a new team called Nordea Young. Their mission is to contact our young customers, and also proctively contact new young customers. We also needed a channel for them to reach a bigger audience - so I set the strategy and implemented our Snapchat channel. As the first bank in Sweden we entered Snapchat, and our follower base quickly grew a long with the engagement from the followers.

    Driving the strategy and direction for the multiple social media channels in Sweden for Nordea, the largest bank in the Nordics and the largest company on the Swedish stock market. This role involves crisis management, supporting the digital customer service team as well as producing and delivering all content for the digital channels, from project managing the marketing communications to ensuring that our branding is delivered effectively across our digital platforms within Nordea.   I work alongside the customer service team on all aspects of social media, providing them with communications advice, developing the way we communicate with our customers through the various social media channels, and supporting them with key corporate branding messages. Another significant part of my job is to facilitate lectures and seminars that focus on building “Your Personal Brand” and to lead workshops for my colleagues on social media. I’m also lead responsible for nordea.com/sv and the lead responsible for The Digital Hub on nordea.com. This means I’m responsible for all the content that goes out on these channels, also producing most of it. • Setting the strategy and implementing Snapchat for Nordea Sweden

The account was mentioned in Swedish branch media and we quickly grew our follower base and the numbers of views of our story. • Set up a training course for the Swedish local branches in “Customer first in social media and digital communication” - educated more than 2000 employees in a year. This significantly increased the awareness and activity on social media among employees in Nordea • Started and ran a blog called “The Digital Hub” - a blog about the Nordea journey to become a digital bank. This blog became the most read blog on Nordea.com after just only one month. • Managed three of the worst media crisis in Nordea history on social channels

    Overall responsible for Tieto Sweden's content on tieto.se including all social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram) • Setting strategies for the different channels and clearing them with stakeholders • Producing all the content such as: texts, videos, photos etc for the different channels • Starting and implementing new channels with strategies where there were gaps in our communication to various target groups (started a Trainee blog aiming towards new, young talent for our trainee programme and a Life at Tieto blog aiming towards employees and new employees) • Writing press releases, blog posts, products descriptions, LinkedIn and Twitter posts was a part of my every day work life Previous roles at Tieto: • Online producer for digital and physical events that aims to re-position Tieto towards existing and new customers, in the end to generate business to new areas for Tieto.  I’m the single point of contact for our external agencies and I drive the internal work forward. I continuously update and establish events with sales and leadership teams. I produce, write scripts, cast participants and am responsible for the format around the Bubble sessions. An online web-TV think-tank where we discuss “hot” topics with experts and challengers in the specific area.
