About me
Founder of "Yumme - no sugar crash snacks". Here’s the thing: eating something sweet on an empty stomach used to leave me feeling drained just 30 minutes later. I’d find myself low on energy and desperate for a nap—definitely not ideal when you are between 2 meetings. I created these snacks for myself really (it's a terrible cliche but I am probably my best client). I love sweets but sometimes I needed something both delicious and nourishing to bridge the gap between meals and keep me going. That’s where Yumme comes in: snacks that are nutritious, gourmet, and low in sugar— just what you need to fuel your busy day.
