My main role involved maintaining existing client relationships in a number of ways to aid in retention and additional client sign-ups/contract extensions: Advising clients on how their video marketing communications could be maximised to improve conversions, engagement and brand image; generating detailed analytics reports from their videos; regularly meeting existing clients to discuss KPIs, and how they could be improved in the future. This was achieved through working with our technology and sales teams to ensure that our clients' players were delivered to them promptly and to their exact specifications. Clients I worked with in this capacity included MyTheresa.com, Marks & Spencer, Joshua Kane, JD Sports and Puma among others. In addition to client account management, I was heavily involved in client communications, events, pitching - both to potential clients and to qualify for incubators and accelerator programs such as Plug and Play - as well as operations and sales.

Day-to-day operational work included prospecting, using programs such as Outreach and Excel to fulfill administrative duties, telephone sales, drafting press releases, creating demo videos, meeting with prospective clients in a formal setting, & attending, pitching and speaking at international conferences to represent and promote Smartzer LTD. These have included ad:tech in London, re:publica in Berlin and 080 Barcelona.
