A passionate user experience designer with over 8 years of experience in the design industry including retail, workplace, exhibition, and health. I have gained experience through work and study in India, London, Paris, Stuttgart, Seoul, and Leeds. I recently worked as a UX designer at Pharmacy2U, UK's first online pharmacy. I focused on creating optimized user journeys with engaging user interactions for all their digital platforms. I was recruited into supporting my manager to change the business from a marketing led process to a user led process and changing teams to a product way of working focusing on the end users.
I am well equipped with design thinking methodologies and research techniques. I have been focusing on delivering impactful user experiences in both physical and digital environments. I can help with design thinking across the whole design life-cycle, including research, synthesis, mapping and ideation, journey design, visualization through sketches, mock-ups, prototyping, and execution. I am very interested in problem-solving challenges and keen on learning new methods and processes for the same. I love making illustrations and creating artwork for commissioned projects in my free time.

- JAYA HE GVK New MuseumChhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Terminal 2, GVK New Museum, is a home to India’s largest public art museum titled ‘Jaya He’. It is in the form of a multi-story Art Wall, illuminated by skylights, with over 5500 artifacts, works of 100 artists, and some 1000 artisans, spread across a span of 3.2 kms, Reflecting the multi-layered story that is India, Arguably India’s largest public art initiative, Jaya He has three distinct sections. In India we mark and celebrate every rite of passage,
- Blown Glass InstallationInspired by the lotus pond, we wanted to resonate the warmth of the blown glass forms onto the calming waterbody and the volume of the rigid monotonous space of the steel, glass, and concrete. The blown glass forms, mimic the flower and rippled stainless steel spun plates of the leaves and water. I had the opportunity to lead the team and the project to its final execution. The challenge here was the transportation logistics and assembly of 600+ glass forms.
