    • Office Management, managing staff, monitoring annual leave and sick days, processing insurances, ordering stationary etc for both Milton Keynes and London offices. Administration including printing, paper and electronic filing, general assistance to the Managing Director and staff members. • Day to day running of the London office and support of SG staff. • Support the Designer, Pre-Construction Manager and Project Manager in any tasks required to successfully win and deliver Stirling Grey projects (including meeting minutes, printing, formatting, completing forms, organizing samples, ordering the design library etc.) • Issuing and ensuring completion of Supplier Information Forms when any new sub-contractor or supplier is engaged. • Monitoring and updating supplier information in terms of all certification, health and safety of all suppliers e.g their insurances are received. • Answering calls, taking messages and relaying them to mobile staff. • Project administration including setting up project codes, paper and electronic project filing. • Processing project purchase orders and sending to suppliers in accordance with the project managers and site managers instructions. • Keeping the supplier database up to date, including supplier information forms and insurances. • Assisting with the resourcing and ordering of all company marketing material including corporate gifts and clothing. • Organization of any staff training courses. Organizing any company events and co-ordinating internal and external meetings. • Diary management for the Managing Director when required and completing monthly expenses for the Managing Director.
