- Assisting in social media development, public relations, press and the organisation of Brussels Art Days - Up dating the artist archives, research about the artists and write press releases - Create press files with Indesign and Photoshop. - Update the website for new information - Host customers in the gallery space, answer calls and emails
- In charge of relations with non-mandarin speaking clients and development of sale pitches - Clients included Bessie Lee's start up, PWC and Happy Lemon - Assistant to the Creative Director with his day-to-day tasks: diary management, idea development and contract negotiations. - Assist during client meetings and write up drafts for the contracts. - Creativity, advertising, selling, writing and communication skills and knowledge about Chinese culture and business practices were required for this role
