About me
I am a digital creative with a decades' worth of experience in designing digital products. My current job as User Experience Designer at Channel 4 Television is to provide user experience and design consultation on All 4. I have hands on experience in designing products for mobile, web and smart TV. I also have expertise in leading the product design process: defining UX and design strategy, stakeholder management, bringing teams together to workshop and co-create, producing sketches, prototypes and documentation, through to crafting presentations and speaking at industry events. I’ve spent my career managing teams of exceptionally talented people, and being part of these teams, as designer, art director, UX designer, front end developer and as a client. As a result of this experience I have a wide skill-set, broad range of experience and I understand the leadership required to make great products.

     -
My role as User Experience Architect at Jam is focussed specifically on crafting user experience for digital projects. I capitalise on my broad base of expertise in the industry by sitting between creative, technical, planning and account management teams to provide oversight that ensures rich user experience and interaction is at the heart of everything that Jam produces. I provide client facing consultation but I also get my hands dirty and execute complete experience documentation to the highest standard. I am a confident manager, comfortable dealing with the recruitment, thought leadership and daily management of small UX, design and dev teams. Most importantly I am passionate about exploring digital creativity by making my own things, writing, listening and learning.
