    • - Launched and built brand positioning for HoloLens in the UK; educating the public on ‘Mixed Reality’ and the difference between AR and VR, integration with sales, PR and engineers. - Leading the implementation of the UK marketing strategy for 1st party devices, including product launches of Surface Pro 2017, Surface Laptop, Surface Book, Surface Book 2, Surface Studio, Surface Go, Surface Studio 2, Surface Laptop 2, Surface Pro 6, Surface Headphones, HoloLens and PC Accessories. - Built and executing ‘funnel’ marketing approaches based on deep data analysis and on-going reporting to build a better cadence and run-rate business. Built out audience verticals and profiles to build better communication frameworks and ROI. - Built out Microsoft’s ‘Futureproof’ campaign to provide students the inspiration to consider tech and STEM jobs by demonstrating the ‘Jobs of the Future’. 300+ PR coverage, 800m impressions, 12m+ views. Significant-spike in sales and PI. This was a young person’s focused campaign and was later developed more broadly into Microsoft UK’s young person digital skills initiative. - Managed and implemented Microsoft Surface’s involvement in the John Lewis 2016 & 2017 Christmas Advertising Campaigns. 21% YoY uplift in retail sales, including – new for 2017 -partnering schools programme focusing on digital skills. - Led UK ATL & BTL advertising & marketing (up to $9mil per quarter) for Surface; manage campaigns end-to-end across channels and localisation of assets, including but not limited to: OOH, Digital, TV, Print, Custom, and Social. - Led partnership marketing with the likes of D&AD, Knomo, Glug and Adobe
