Beginning January 2016, I joined McCann Paris as a Digital Consultant (background as a Creative Director) to mainly ensure a smooth transition into a more digital behavior creative department. The focus is mainly on the L'Oréal Paris global account, we create campaigns, social contents, activations and work on constant partnerships with Facebook, Snapchat, Google and others. I worked on the launch of the TOTAL COVER foundation cream/palette with youtube films that got over 3.4M views. I also played a major role in launching a new Natural brand BOTANICALS by L'Oréal, which was a great success and the brand is performing greatly on the sales front in Europe. I also work on MEN Expert Asia, our latest launch with Kris Wu for the Skin Care Products Desert Clay has been exceeding expectations. From August 2014 until December 2015 I was freelancing, and luckily each partnership started on a project basis then turned into a longer partnership, some reached six months. I joined efforts with DDB in France mainly working on a major global pitch reporting to the ECD, which we landed for the ventilators ALDES French brand. The communication campaign included one 360 campaign with an offline/online communication and an impeccable strategic approach to it. It was also communicated in 7 languages. In January 2015 I joined Proximity BBDO for a freelance job reporting to the ECD, and ended up consulting them for five months after that. I Worked for both agencies CLM BBDO & Proximity BBDO on 7up Global, Mercedes Europe, P&G WW, Tropicana Europe & The Americas and other pitches. In May 2015 I joined Publicis for a freelance job reporting to the ECD, and ended up consulting them for six months after that. I was Mainly working on one of the main telecom French operators, SFR, working on all the 360° communication, and the launch of the new Nescafé Dolce Gusto. Also participated in winning important pitches for the group.
I answered a call to join JWT MEA as CD on STC, the biggest client in the MEA region. Reporting to Chadic Haddad the Regional ECD, (one of the most awarded creatives in the industry) we managed to reach new heights for one of the most difficult and conservative clients. I managed to create a solid link and healthy partnership with the client on setting up new strategies and vision for the brand, I managed to participate in boosting up the motivational and aspirational mentality within the teams, and to win few awards in the creativity festivals. In order to validate my Masters degree I attended a year of internship trainee experience. I was lucky to be chosen by two of the most prestigious agencies in Paris - Publicis Conseil and Ogilvy&Mather. With my previous experience I was taking more responsibility and sometimes leading on many subjects at both agencies. I was recruited by Chris Garbutt (one of the most awarded creatives in the industry) to be part of a task force that helped on winning 19 Cannes Lions that year. At Publicis I was teaming up with various English native Copywriters, and did work for BNP Paribas International, Nescafé Worldwide, Heineken Europe and Renault global.
