As an Account Manager, my role involves, driving a project forward from concept to production using negotiation, client management skills and attention to detail. Working across channels such as, Social, OOH, digital display, radio and TV. Responsibilities: - Leading development of creative ideas within the agency and seamlessly translating the creative idea to the client to secure buy-in. - Developing a strong strategic understanding and partnership with E.ON UK and DHSC. - Responsible for overall quality of day-to-day communications between Client and Agency whether written, in conversation or in presentation. - The ‘go-to’ person on the business both internally and externally. - Taking responsibility for account team resources to ensure smooth, effective and timely delivery. - Responsible for day-to-day financial management of accounts.
As an Account Executive my role was to manage all client campaigns on brief, on time and on budget and deliver excellent customer service. Key responsibilities: • Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and effectively – on brief, on time and on budget • Finance – manage quoting/estimations for large and small-scale projects • Deliver excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with key clients • Identify opportunities for additional services that would support client objectives and work with the Account Director to deliver them • Work closely with the digital and studio teams in the launch and continual support of large and small-scale campaigns/websites across several regions • Create compelling and timely thought leadership content (white papers, videos, infographics, emails etc.) to drive customer engagement and awareness • Manage deliverables to project plans, within budget, reporting back on global lead generation, conversion and opportunities across all marketing channels
