Service design live project in partnership with SPT. Key objective: to increase the proportion of trips undertaken with SPT. Key responsibilities: Built relationships and rapport with key stakeholders, understood and documented existing services. Resourced potential cold prospects for surveys and interviews to further understand potential uplift in usage. Presented and delivered a solution that creates value for all stakeholders.
Plenty of Food - Social Design project delivering a solution for food poverty; mentioned in the Scottish Resource Efficiency Conference 2017. Key responsibilities: Utilised elements of a user centred design process to research, plan and design the platform; developed brand identity & strategy. Facilitated an ideation session with stakeholders; pitched, presented and showcased the final design on several mediums; video, presentation and vocally.
Innovation project exploring how biotechnology might be used within the Cairngorm National Park in Scotland utilising blockchain technology. Key responsibilities: Developed a research strategy, carried out interviews and surveys. Developed a framework on which the final concept was based. Designed personas, workflow, wireframes and other artefacts for the final concept.
Reported directly to Head of Design for YAMAHA UK. Produced 3D prototypes and drawings, prepared, organised and delivered client presentations. Delivered a collaborative project which resulted in a 2-week exhibition during London Design Festival.
