  • While at IRD I was promoted into an Account Management position, where I took over a large pool of clients, up to 60 at a time, where I was the sole point of contact for issues and enquires. I also lead the renegotiation of these clients’ subscriptions. Additionally, I took over a new business target, which required me to seek out and approach new business opportunities. As a senior member of the team it was also my responsibility to train and mentor the junior members of the team.

  • Starting at IRD Group, I was working with the Account Management and Sales teams to train clients in our products, build relationships, conduct meetings, respond to enquires and ensure continual client usage and retention.
