While at IRD I was promoted into an Account Management position, where I took over a large pool of clients, up to 60 at a time, where I was the sole point of contact for issues and enquires. I also lead the renegotiation of these clients’ subscriptions. Additionally, I took over a new business target, which required me to seek out and approach new business opportunities. As a senior member of the team it was also my responsibility to train and mentor the junior members of the team.
Starting at IRD Group, I was working with the Account Management and Sales teams to train clients in our products, build relationships, conduct meetings, respond to enquires and ensure continual client usage and retention. I would assist the Account Managers with renewal of larger clients, while also handling a number of my own smaller clients.
During the first four months In my time at Ward6, I was promoted from Account Coordinator to Account Executive. My role included working both internally and with clients to ensure the smooth running and delivery of creative campaigns. This involved writing briefs, creating presentations and meeting preparation, briefing internal teams and client liaising.
