I successfully managed the Kickstarter campaign of King of Con, a board game for 2/5 geeky nerds feeding the monkey of impulsive buying. The project is in collaboration with Lega Nerd, the biggest Italian website about geek culture. This experience taught me how to handle a community-based crowdfunding project and solve problems in a creative, quick, efficient way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling each step of the campaign well in advance
- Soliciting audio-visual contents for the main page
- Continuously monitoring the campaign status, answering backers and fixing any problem could occur
- Shaping web surveys to manage every pledge received, with information about payments, shippings and backers' addresses
- Managing the Facebook and Instagram pages of the board game
