About me
My coaching style is different from the majority of coaches, I am always looking for innovative and different exercises and programs, I don't copy paste like majority of trainers do at the gym. I help people to identify pursue and achieve their fitness goals. I work outdoor and in private studios, not busy gyms where everyone stare at each other. After a consultation where we both see if I can help you. I assess your fitness level and fitness goals, I then study a targeted and specific training plan, built around your commitments and work schedule. I look at your diet, sleeping patterns, level of flexibility, drinking, smoking habits, posture and actual fitness level. . I moved to London 7 years ago and I did not speak English . I won manager of the year 3 years in 4 years of career in management in London . I am a qualified personal trainer . I am an Ironman (completed 2.4 miles swimming, 112 miles cycling, 26.21 miles running in 12 hours) . My longest run was 9 hours and I loved every minute of it .
