Responsible for the development and execution of Swarovski’s creative vision, and reported directly to the managing director on all matters. Led the creative department in the production and management of seasonal branded content, media and advertising campaigns, BTL marketing collateral, and digital activations. Monitored the workflow of all creative staff to ensure the timely completion of all tasks while maintaining a high standard of production. Served as chief point of contact with client, turning briefs into comprehensive concepts and guidelines, as well as developing detailed PPM decks populated with flat plans, digital prototypes, storyboards, set design briefs, talent casting, crew selection, production schedule, and post production time frames. • Led the concept generation, production, and post-production of Swarovski FW18 Global and APAC campaigns, delivering 500+ assets across TV commercials, OOH, in-store POS, magazines, catalogues, social media campaigns, digital advertising, e-commerce visuals, and PR. • Headed and guided large team of talent, art directors, photographers, videographers, set designers, stylists, hair and makeup artists across various studios in New York and London. • Partnered with the ATL agency to direct SS19 digital activations, generating concepts and devising new brand’s creative vision.
Oversaw the creation and delivery for all visual aspects of PR and in-store events, advertising campaigns, BTL, and social media.
