I am a highly creative fashion designer with an eight years experience in fashion studies.
During my previous study and work in Fashion industry, I have obtained many awards, achievements and practical skills. In my personal work I am interested mainly in Streetwear, focused on utility Menswear garments. I have excellent knowledge in pattern cutting and garment construction. In my artwork I am focused on detail, function and garment development to achieve both - uniqueness and comfort-ability. I am highly proficient in fashion illustration and free-hand drawing, as well as technical drawing in Adobe Illustrator.
I am very responsible, good team player, flexible and respectful person.
I do fashion because I believe in the uniqueness of people and with the help of my designs I would like to help different people to express themselves.
Projects
- FlamboyA collection inspired by the street-style of elderly gentlemen. A funky twist is given to functional fishing vests, cargo pants and bucket hats. The scale and colour of the classic men’s check shirt has been re-proportioned for the younger generation. Oversized pockets feature profusely and are removable and versatile and there is an excess of buckles, zips and Velcro fasteners. Extreme functionality.
- Express YourselfIn my graduate collection „Express yourself“(2018), I elaborated the idea of my own brand with an emphasis on showing my own handwriting. In the first part of the inspiration and design development,I elaborated my logo and the signature of my brand, which I transformed into clothing. As a basic graphic signature to represent my brand, I chose a window pane pattern. In the second part of the collection I was inspired by contemporary Japanese fashion. The dominant part of outfits is a kimono.
- CubesThe collection Cubes (2017) was inspired by cubism, expressionism and contemporary art. The collection of three outfit was made in order to be worn by young creatives and fashion enthusiasts. Concept and creative direction was customised for Fashion store and gallery Vnitroblock in Prague. Vnitroblock offers a combination of unique industrial spaces with a variety of cultural and artistic experiences.
