Duties included setting up and delivering the NCS with The Challenge programme in Waltham Forest (London). Responsible for managing relationships with local community partners, overseeing the logistics of the programme and ensuring a high quality programme in both setup and delivery, administration and staff management.
Key Achievements include:
• Set up a high quality and locally grounded summer programme and planned key logistics for the programme delivery
• Worked with local community organisations to ensure quality community projects were in place, ensuring young people made a difference to their local community
• Oversaw the management of logistics and planning, including liaising with transport providers, food delivery and accommodation
• Line managed seasonal staff (up to 15 people)
• Managed programme administration, including petty cash, attendance records, risk management and data protection
