As the elected representative for my International Fashion Busines course, I am the primary connection between the student body and the university professors. I gather termly feedback from my peers and liaise regularly with my course leaders to discuss to ensure the continued development of the course.
I assisted in the creation of the social media content for the brand website and Facebook account. I worked closely with the brand to ensure all content was consistent with brands values. My main role consisted of creating engaging visual pieces to prompt consumer engagement as well as promoting seasonal products.
I worked as a part-time sales assistant at luxury department store Harvey Nichols during summer 2017. I provided expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences. I worked together with my team to emphasize excellent product knowledge and consistently deliver department KPI's.
