Projects
- Lightia | Display Font Design‘I see light, the cosmos, paradigms and truth,’ is a project based around the design for a bespoke typeface. Inspired by light refraction, ‘Lightia’ uses the idea of a visible polyline that changes with the direction of refracted light. The project aims to present multiple sides of a ‘truth,’ rather than a binary truth where only black and white/yes or no/real or fake, are offered.
- ISTD Student Assessment 2020 | MISTD JOURNEYI attended this year’s programme and learnt new professional layout and typographic skills, resulting in me passing the induction process and becoming an ISTD member. As part of this process, I designed a book, interpreted through the lens of astronomy. The layout of Dante’s poem became the celestial orbits, trajectories of astronomical bodies and included a stairway to heaven. The book opens vertically and the belly banner operates as a contents page.
- RESENSE | AUB X LUSH Collab Design ChallengeI worked within a team on one of the Brief ‘Accessibility - Visual Impairment of Design Challenge of AUB (Arts University Bournemouth) and LUSH 2020. The idea of RESENSE we proposed to LUSH for solving the problem that how to help visual impaired people both in shopping scenario and at home.
