I am a charismatic and hard-working individual with a passion for connecting with diverse audiences through arts and culture. I am experienced in the arts sector, underpinned by a strong academic background. I am confident with strong interpersonal skills - I amapt in varying my communication style depending on theaudience, a skill owing to my background in languages - I have anative level of Portuguese and Spanish. I am adaptable with the ability to understand and manage cultural differences in both work and social environments. I am a quick learner with experience in positively influencing internal and external partners. I have acted as a mentor for new starters, encouraging skill sharing across and for the benefit of the wider organisation. I am a TEFL qualified English teacher and am therefore confident in preparing and presenting new information to an audience in an engaging format.
