About me
Hello! I'm Zoé, and I love to learn. I'm interested in how art/creative practice can be used to strengthen and establish support within communities. Looking for opportunities where I can support young people from marginalised and lower socio-economic backgrounds to find their place within the art world.

Feature in 'Finding Home' exhibition at Tate BritainTate Collective
The digitised version of my oil painting: 'In the attic' was displayed at Tate Britain from 3rd-5th December 2021 as part of the Tate Collective 'Finding Home' digital display. I made this a few years ago for my friend as a gift. It was an exciting opportunity to showcase my work to hundreds of people in London. ‘In the attic’ represents the bedroom that I grew up in. I wanted to keep a memory of this space: a place of inspiration and tranquillity. The colours are playful and slightly chaotic, making the eyes unsure of where to focus. They often land on the white sofa, which seems to be the only place with a minimum presence of colour, allowing an escape from the suffocation of colour that lies beyond it. I took inspiration from Patrick Heron’s ‘Christmas Eve’. Painted in oils. https://www.zgreenart.com/blog-1/tate-britain-in-the-attic
