As a Culture Consultant, Expert Coach and Psychologist, I’m here to provide science-backed support to people and businesses in a fun, straight-talking and humorous way, offering attainable ways to build a healthy culture that is envied by those not working for you.
For too long, business culture was the sole responsibility of the CEO or handed over to HR; with the shift of employees having more control (we love this) and the current landscape of the economy (challenging yet interesting), managing engagement is vital to the success of any business.
Our philosophy is to keep corporate, well-being jargon away by using real talk for real businesses looking for real results.
