About me

I am an enthusiastic and curious Design Researcher that always advocates user needs while taking into consideration multiple factors and reaching high objectives for the final product or service. I own the research process including designing, scheduling, organising and executing both moderated and unmoderated studies. By using soft skills, design methods and synthesis/analysis tools, I attempt to identify and understand existing problems, propose resilient solutions and shape product strategies.

• Co-Shopping App (Service Design)Service and app design which engages users, such as students sharing accommodation, to go groceries shopping together, based on the idea of meeting new people and socialising. It promotes sustainable behaviours by sharing goods and transportation.
• Clinical Trial of a POC diagnostic (Service Design)Use/adaptation of Service Design tools (personnas, user journey, blueprint map, experience protyping). Holistic approach in order to design a new strategy, describe the patient profile, define the patient journey and touchpoints, evaluate the transitions through prototyping and finally explore design potentials throughout the journey. Primary focus on user (patient) engagement.

AirHelp has been a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a strong culture of experimentation which requires me to work with product managers, designers and several stakeholders. A large variety of design methods, qualitative and quantitative research tools has been applied in order to build and maintain our user archetypes, customer journeys and communication strategies. All my research studies include actionable user insights and recommendations on usability, business impact, potential experiments and strategies. Additional activities consist of conducting educational workshops, maintaining a user research repository and sharing key user insights via monthly newsletters.
