Agencies and creative directors! What do you like to see on an aspiring junior designers CV?

- An abilty to articulate your great ideas in a simple way. The execution is not expected to be perfect, but if I can see your potential through guidance I would certainly short list you for new opportunities
- Ideally an internship or tangential job that is at least tangentially related to your field. Same goes for education, even if it's "currently taking an online course in design," or something along those lines. It's easier to assess your willingness to be proactive if you are demonstrating your attempts to learn and work on your discpline.Also, a spec book of designs isextremely also as helpful as a CV if not more so as it gives me a chance to judge how conceptual you are, where your innante raw talent is. and where you need development.
