Any LCC, UAL grads here? What was the best course/ subject you were taught?

Did my Masters from LCC in 2015. Loved every bit of it! Worked on a project for NASA (which was pretty cool!) and also I miss the screen-printing studio so much!

  • @Rianna Raymond-Williams Super cool! I remember a newspaper but not sure if it was the same. They did quite a lot of cool printing jobs in-house. I remember we once did a publication on 'Intangile objects' which was so cool!
  • @Ethan Jacobs That's great. Which college are you at? Because LCC has some great technology and considering UAL lets students share resources, I would definitely recommend asking the admin if you can have access or if you can connect with someone in the Interaction Design studio.
  • Hi i currently study fine art at ual and i must say its what you make of it. the teacher resources on linkedin learning are decent for technical skills and the workshops are good. Its great having a studio space to create work only downside is there arent any great computers for rendering 3d animation. The best thing ive recently learnt is how to lip sync on after effects through the learning resources
  • Arts London News, i'm not sure it still exists though. This was the student news paper when i was there. It gave us all hands on experience of working in a news room, from news briefings, to interviewing talent and then pulling all together for publication
