- Hi Dana, if you are in need of a virtual assistant I’m here! I work with many small business owners with social media management and content creation :) thanks!
- @Jesus Perez Thank you!! Appreciate the advice and will be using it
- Use social media to create a strong relationship with your customers. Make sure you are actively engaged with your customers on social media. Respond to their comments and questions, and give them updates on your products and services. By creating a strong relationship with your customers, you will make them more likely to become loyal followers and customers. Use social media to share your brand’s story. Your customers want to know who you are, what you stand for, and what makes you different. Use social media to tell your brand’s story, and make sure your story is consistent across all of your channels.
- @Dana Heneidi no problem:)
- There are two ways to grown up your business on the social media platform. The first way you just share your products and follow the people and DM if any query ariesThe Second way is that you can do paid campain for the brading purpose.
- @Philip Morris MBE Thank you!!
- @Sophie Debenham I've been slacking with the tiktok videos, will try stay consistent! Thanks for your advice :)
- @Darren Ross That is really helpful, I will give those a go. Being consistent with my content is definitely something I need to work on, thank you for your advice :)
- @Fab Giovanetti Thank you! I will definitely have a look into that :)
- Consistency, Reels, Hashtag Research, Market Research, Brand Strategy, Repurposing Content!
- Instagram /Facebook paid advertising is reasonably cheap and you can target locally or National. It also lets you chose your target audiences interests. I see so many using cheap photos too!. Work hard at decent photos of products and make sure put in the links to the product with one click ! Anyone having to trawl through a website etc to find what got there attention is one of the big mistakes
- Definitely use reels on Instagram and tiktok!Do this by using trending sounds! Its such a great way to grow and also interacting with other people in your niche too!
- @Rupert Cheek yas Rupert totally agree!
- Include info / links wherever you can e.g. Twitter bio / Dots Profile
- @Fab Giovanetti and consistency in design / branding / images as well so that people know it's the same person / business across any of the social channels you're using
- 1) Make sure that everything you do is, ultimately, aimed at a particular business goal. That might be growing a following or people buying your product.2) Post photos or videos where possible - you get more engagement than text.3) Use handles and hashtags. If you're doing shoes that people who love musicals would love, then use related hashtags (but don't put too many in - spammy hashtags look terrible).4) Use a model for your footwear. I don't mean supermodel, I just mean people engage more strongly when they can see a human using a product, so for any post do at least 2 pics - one full-length of the model in the footwear, then close-up(s) of the footwear.5) Ask yourself "what sort of posts do I like or retweet?" and tben look at what you are posting. Would you like or retweet your post? If not, change your post to something you would engage with.6) Focus on a niche (which I think you already have) and expand from there. Don't try to be all things to all people early on.7) Personally, I like something that gets posted at the same time each week, so I have something to look forward to. That builds anticipation, rather than posting ad hoc.8) Finally, make sure socials push traffic to your site - don't use your site to make Facebook/Twitter/Tik-Tok etc richer.
- My first answer to this question is consistency, whatever that may look like for your business. Consistency in showing up, in engaging, in connection. My second answer is get clear on your goals. Conversions? Collaborations? Discovery? When a client asks me about “growing” first I always look at their overall strategy. Followers for the sake of followers is a vanity metric that can distract from the overarching goal.Feel free to message if you have Qs and (cheeky plug) we have a short 2-week course for introduction to marketing if you ever need bespoke help https://altmarketingschool.com/introductionGood luck!
