Anyone have any genius ways they track hours when juggling multiple clients and projects?

- Useful thread. I have multiple clients and some with multiple brands that I have to specify I worked on within the invoice. Im currently just using a spreadsheet because Ive never found time trackers to work. Currently a client uses Monday which I do use, but its quite often that the tracker on there doesnt stop/start and you find its still going days later. Not ideal. Will have a look at some of the suggestions on here though thanks for asking the question!
- Billing Pro for me
- I used toggle and project calculator.Brilliant as you can have multiple jobs listed and click play and pause as you switch between jobs. So even 20 mins on one then 3 hours on other. And it knows if hive left it running by accident and stops
- I a personally use "Toggl" the genius in it is the sync between phone and the web app, I can start tracking from desktop and stop it from phone. There is a paid version if you want to calculate hourly rates and export detailled reports but you can definitely live without it.
- I’ve heard good things about Trello, not got round to using it yet.
- I use Harvest. The free plan lets you track one client, but you can set up different ‘tasks’ and just label them as the client, then you can track all your projects.
- I am just starting to use Monday.com to do this. It’s the software that was recommended to me.
- I use Tyme
- @Martyna Makes Thanks I'll check it out
- I use Clockify and it's free! There is also Toggl and other similar softs.
- Clockify is one I've used in a studio before!
