https://lnkd.in/dkrvPAz Culture Heroes is an initiative I’m currently working on with the mission to create and support the next generation of POC leadership across the creative industries: Advertising, Design and Technology, the plan is to offer leadership development, coaching, mentoring and sponsorship (help with ‘breaking into the leadership level’). Step 1 of this it to find out who’s out there, where they are and what they need to progress, so we're running a survey to find out.
