Has anyone been through a large scale redundancy before? e.g. more than 100 people laid off. I need some advice on how to navigate.

  • Been on both sides of the coin and so now I do serve both. Offering career clarity & planning to those who are fourloughed or laid off via my book and coaching. Plus equally coaching leaders & managers on how to have these sensitive and career and work wellbeing conversations plus provide outplacement services for their staff - career planning, emotional wellbeing support etc. Drop me a message .

  • I’ve been made redundant twice, the first time I started a successful business which I sold after 13 years, the second time a few weeks ago has given me the impetus to start another one. Very happy to chat and share my experience with you. It can be very disorienting at first, with ups and downs. My advice is try and stay calm, avoid rash decisions and think through the opportunities for the next chapter.
    You can dm me whenever.
  • I’ve been through many redundancies, both on the receiving end and the management of staff leaving. Feel free to inbox me.
