Has anyone ever been ghosted by a company after the first or second stage of interviews?
I'd like to hear about whether candidates have any horror stories about being ghosted by companies? What companies should be doing more for the ease of mind for candidates during the hiring process etc.

- Started a podcast back during covid about this very thing, along with all the other things which happenduring the process.It happens all the time in a professional setting and definitely needs to be improved!There are many things which companies can be doing but they often don't. Linkedin is full of them on a daily basis too, it's a huge discussion point.Look forward to reading the discussion.
