Hey all! I'd love some feedback on your invoicing and payment experiences with clients if you have 5 mins?

I’ve recently started working at UK based start-up invoicing platform Payment Bear and would love your help!

About Payment Bear:
Payment Bear aims to end the problem of late invoice payments in the UK, empower small businesses, freelancers and self employed workers with cutting-edge technology, and promote fair financial practices.

The Pitch
Whilst this industry is new to me, late payments from clients aren’t... Having previously worked in agencies and as a freelancer I know it’s a massive struggle, especially for small businesses and individuals and can massively impact cash flow.

I can only speak from my own experience, so I’m looking for feedback from people who use invoicing as their main means of:

a) paying staff or
b) being paid...

Enter The Dots community stage left!

I’ve put together a super short survey which I’d love for anyone based in the UK to fill in (appreciate everyone is busy!) There’s lots of multiple-choice answers so there shouldn’t be too much typing involved (promise!)

The survey should take 5-7 mins MAX.

What’s in it for me?

Your oh-so-valuable insights will be used to help me get a better understanding of people’s pain points. This will help us decide what aspects of our product we should develop and improve on to ensure we’re helping solve problems that need solving.

What’s in it for you?

Being a small, early stage startup I’m afraid I can’t offer you £££, but here’s what I CAN offer you...

- A promo code which will give you access to our ‘Unlimited Package’ for free for 6 months.

- The knowledge that you will be helping fight the good fight to put an end to late payments!

We don’t ask anything personal, just fun ol’ invoicing problems you may or may not have had with clients!

Feel free to fill in the survey here: https://5glellijqdf.typeform.com/to/WT9e5A9P

Once completed, I’ll send over the discount code so you can start using the platform for free for 6 months (or not - you do you!)

(P.S. This is not a secret sales pitch, just genuine discovery that could help our startup at a critical point!)

Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out :-)
Poppy
