Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knows of any good screen printing places that do one off T-shirt prints?
This is something I havent sought out before becasue I usually get a batch of t-shirts printed. Someone wants to commission me for a one off t-shirt design for thier friends birthday so I'm doing a bit of research. I'm appreciative of any advice or pointing in the right direction.

- @Sophie Winder There's two types. One you print onto paper and then iron onto the shirt. Then there is vinyl, which is like wearing plastic on your chest, it's not as nice or soft as a screen printed ink.
- @Manuel Zeeman Thank you so much for replying to my post, this is super helpful! I've never heard of T-Pop before so will check them out.
- @Morgan Musselle Thank you so much! I'm so aware of the time and cost of screen printing because of the screen itself! I've got digitally printed t-shirt before but have never used heat transfers before. I've heard you can get some really good ones though. Have you any experience with those?
- @Manuel Zeeman Absolutely. All about choice of print process here. Neeed to respect the craft for screen printing, it's very labour intensive and is only sauited for larger production runs. For a one-off, I would suggest looking into digitally plotter-cutting vinyl and heat-applying it to the garment or digitally printing (yes this exists) directly onto the garment. Or make your own screen print - there are kits out there. Or if the design is super simple - DIY it!
- Theres a lot of possibilties for direct prints, like printful and other online printing services, check shopify for more. Theres a particularly good one, T-Pop. But the thing about screen-printing is that it only pays if you do large or continuous order since you have to prep the screen for it, and that usually costs. So really depends on the size of the order and budget...
- Printful.com - if it’s just a once off you can order a sample and will reduce costs...
