Hi! I’m new to this and was wondering if anyone has 5 mins spare to give me some feedback on my photography website? www.josiehphoto.com

I’m a third year student studying photography in Manchester and I’m fairly new to this platform. My website is very much a work in progress as I am currently trying to update my website ahead of graduating and entering ‘the real world’, furthermore any feedback would be much appreciated!

My practice mainly revolves around photographing human communication and interaction through personal projects as well as music and concert photography. However, I have other experience in different parts of the medium too which I have tried to show on my website but I’m not sure if this benefits me or makes my website appear too messy for example?

Other questions - does it look professional? Is it too busy/complicated? Is it easy to understand/follow? Is there enough info on there?

Also if anyone knows of any job opportunities/collaborations/sources of inspiration for me that you think would be suitable after looking at my website then I would be more than grateful!

  • @Kid Circus Hi!! Thank you that’s great advice I appreciate it. Stay safe!
  • Hey Josie
    The site is looking good.
The only thing I would suggest is consider writing your About Me in the first person. It will come across in a slightly more personal, nay conversational way to anyone who lands on your site and wants to know the person behind the camera. :-)
  • @Lori Dumbrava that’s great thank you! I really appreciate your feedback!
  • Hi! I love how it looks, it looks pretty proffesional, the photographs are also great, I'd say you are on the right track, the only thing I would suggest is making the watermark on the photos a tad bit smaller, just my opinion. But otherwise , everything looks in place and lovely :)
