  • Hey Jake, for me it is a couple of things - having a schedule to my day and taking on little projects.

Schedule - I find that I am more productive when I have set breaks (and also gives me something to look forward to!) I have a dog so that is also helping - every morning I take him for a walk which has been a great way to get some fresh air before I sit down to work.

Little projects - outside of work I need to keep my mind active but on more chilled/enjoyable things. I find by doing this I don't focus to much on being at home. So at the moment I am knitting a snood to keep we warm and also attemping to upcycle a wooden stool into a mosaic topped side table - wish me luck!
  • Jake, a question that is on everyone's minds. Not easy times and we all realise that even if we are strong and we do have purpose, this is mentally draining....
  • @Magdalena Marczewska I am the same. It was challenging before, but this is just a new level. It feels like the world is ending, but I am optimistic. It is one of those hurdles that humanity has to cross over in order to evolve in the universe.
  • @Emily-Jayne Nolan Just when you think you think times were already tough, now it has gone to shit. Things are ok, still counting my blessings. I have no idea what I am doing or where it's going.
  • @Lauren Trachy It's the best way to carry on with day-to-day life. Having a break from social media helps. It feels like a time of hibernation.
  • Although there had been so many tough situations that I have been put through this year, it has made me grow as a person. I am trying to look at everything in a positive light instead of letting it get to me.
  • Barely!!!

It's a really really tough year isn't it.

Works coming through in drips and drabs (think thats the saying) trying to remain positive but also trying to expand on current skills etc to try get a few other incomes.

    How are you ?!

  • Mentally it is very hard... This year has totally ruined me mentally but strenghtened me as well. How are you?
