    Thanks so much for your reply.

    I have entered the correct Username and password for my client's site (which she can access ok and I have been accessing fine for the past 12 months)

    But for some reason I am now receiving an error which reads:
    ERROR: Captcha time expired.

    I have tried clearing my browsers history and cookies etc.
    Also, I have tried to enter via Google and Safari and on 3 other computers (all Macs, one belonging to my daughter), but still I receive the same error.
