I developing a podcast series in Wales, would love to get in touch with others who have created a successful podcast.

  • @Natalie Claire Baker thanks Natalie!

Hi @Julie Richards, you're welcome to drop me a line! I've added some stuff about podcast training below as well if you're looking for that.

The Podcast Maker Weekend at the London Podcast Festival could be what you need! Across 26-27th Sept, 7 of us podcasters will run online sessions for aspiring audio people.
Here's my one for beginners: https://podcastmakerweekend.com/project/making-a-podcast-during-lockdown/
It's definitely worth you having a look at the others too, as the line-up includes some big US names, BBC people and award-winners: https://podcastmakerweekend.com/
Tickets are pay what you can, from £2-20.

I also run podcast training over Zoom once or twice a month. The last one was on how I got to 10,000 downloads (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/masterclass-how-to-get-your-indie-podcast-to-10000-downloads-on-a-budget-tickets-114408392582), and I'm planning a presenting one as well.
Do let me know if any of that interests you :)
  • Hi Julie. I'm a podcaster - 45NotOut about older women still being serious about their career - https://anchor.fm/una0. Launched in January 2020 and I'm loving growing it. Happy to chat, if you'd like. Una
