I’m looking for a talented Senior Visual Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio.
Responsibilities:
* Lead creative ideation, art direction, and concept development across all channels, including social media, product and brand videos, OOH, event creative, multi-channel ads, editorial, and presentations
* Apply and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, maintaining and extending brand guidelines and design standards.
* Work closely with copywriters and motion designers to ideate and design video storyboards. Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, to deliver high-quality designs that meet brand standards and deadlines
* Partner with internal stakeholders in the Marketing department, including teams focused on events, social media, content, and product marketing, to develop and execute creative solutions
* Recognize opportunities for ad-hoc creative projects while constantly creating, iterating, and testing design templates to boost efficiency, reactivity, and productivity
* Act as a brand guardian, extending and maintaining brand guidelines and design standards
Requirements:
* Experience in a visual design and/or art director role, preferably with both agencies and in-house teams
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and mandatory proficiency in Figma. Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
* Proven ability to lead creative ideation, develop concepts, and deliver visually compelling solutions across various channels and formats.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with copywriters, motion designers, and other creatives
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Deep understanding of brand development and brand management, with experience extending and maintaining brand guidelines
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
