  • Hi Katie, it really depends on what you want to find out. If you want to speak to your customers and explore in depth, and potentially develop and refine, a business idea / proposition, then qualitative techniques (e.g. small group discussions) are best. If you want numbers to support your business case or scale the opportunity, then quant techniques are best. Happy to keep chatting about this, if you like?
