- Hi Carla, it might be beneficial to specify the requirements of this job. If there is a linguistic or right-to-work criteria for example, that can be clarified. Identity can not be used in favour of or against a candidate. The job description shared is problematic and could be seen as discriminatory. Creative freelance organisations and unions can provide guidelines on best practice to reach the right candidate in an inclusive way.
