Looking for retail/business journalists with an interest in futurology and analysis
I work with Andrew and Zana Busby, founders of Retail Reflections and global speakers on retail and consumer insights. Andrew's a Forbes columnist and an IBM Futurist, Zana's a behavioural psychologist who studies consumer interactions.

- @Eliot Wilson Hi Eliot, I have added you and read through your response – this sounds great! Please inbox me so we can arrange the details.
- @Zofia Zwieglinska Hi Zofia, in Zana's case, I'm looking at getting more coverage for her behavioural insights with her background in psychology: will shoppers feel safe going back to the high street and department stores after lockdown, will they continue to use online retail so heavily, will there be a boom in spending? For Andrew, it's about looking at how COVID-19 will affect the future of retail. Can bricks-and-mortar stores survive in the new normal, is online the way forward, will there be a greater demand for local and independent retailers. Is that any help>
- @Alice Charles Hi Alice, I'm really just trying to build Andrew and Zana's media footprint. Andrew's column in Forbes is great, but a wider spread would be brilliant. He's written a daily diary of the COVID crisis, which is insightful and actually quite funny, and he's very good at analysing what current events mean for the future of retail (like Primark reopening without offering substantialn discounts and not having online sales). For Zana, I think she'd be great on the psychology of post-lockdown retail: will shoppers want to return to busy retail outlets, will they stay at home and order online, or will the excitement of freedom cause a splurge. So that kind of thing, if it's any help?
