Please can anyone recommend any books/podcasts/YouTube videos, etc. that discuss Imposter Syndrome?
Ideally, I’m looking for information on Imposter Syndrome linked to art and design, and illustration. But any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

- @Gabriella Wilde Thank you Gabriella! I hope this helps you move forward. Mindset might seem difficult to work on but what I can with my experience is that one day, you will experience a shift and you will decide that this thought (the imposter thought here) is not serving you and you will ready to let that thought go and replace it with a more empowering one :-)
- @Claire Commeau thanks Claire! Really interesting to hear your thoughts
- Hi Gabriella, the imposter syndrome comes from within. You might hear that little voice that says "others are better than you" or else. The most important is too be aware that this little voice we all have in our head might be blocking our road to success. My best advice is to create a clear vision of the future and once your vision is clear, it will be much easier to tame that little voice.Active visualisation heps removing blockage and change the unconscient message we have in our minds. These inner beliefs have been created when we were children so not easy to remove but it is definitly possible! Good luck and let me know if all clear :-)
- @Holly Tucker thank you Holly, that sounds really interesting! I will definitely have a listen!!

- Hi Gabriella X I am of course biased, but we tackle it a lot in our podcast Conversations of Inspiration. My conversation with Jacqueline Gold OBE of Ann Summer's was utterly brilliant for this, and so was my conversation with Lily's Kitchen founder Henrietta Morrison. So hope you might have a listen and that they may really help you X
- There’s a while series of Ted Talks dedicated to the subject here... https://www.ted.com/playlists/503/fighting_impostor_syndromeI’d also recommend reading the ‘War of Art’ by Steven Pressfield to help you understand why it happens and particularly in relation to creativity.Stay Boom!S
