Upwork work submission
Upwork have finally released my account from being private for 2 years and made it public again so I can apply for jobs. I was going to remake my profile but ended up in an arguement with Upwork who said "if you don't get a job in 90 days, you can explore the premium option to keep your account open"
First of all Upwork. Get in the Bin
Secondly, the audacity.
I saw a post a while ago about upwork and how to approach clients on Upwork with the cover letter thing and the templates.
Do you have a template for Upwork and the approach to get jobs on there?
Any advice for getting work on Upwork?

- @Geoffrey BuntingGeoffrey's right.......Think more like Geoffrey.
- My advice would be apply, apply and apply and at some point you will get a project. Also be straight to the point and if you are starting its always good to apply on projects that are urgent, saying I can do this for you right now. X
- Upwork, Fiverr, Reedsy, etc are all much of a muchness. Exploitative, borderline – though often not even borderline – unethical; there’s little point for professionals to be even remotely involved with them. They are poorly run and designed for non-professionals to sell worthless work to cheap clients.
- I'm sorry you had this experience! Personally, I feel that upwork and similar sites are a bit of a race to the bottom. Clients there are generally looking for something as cheap as they can get it. Of course, there will be some great projects in there but they are like gold dust.
