ways to bring traffic to a wordpress blog (it's a free one, if that matters)
so far i do post links to my blog (ihaveascreenwritingdegree.wordpress.com) via my IG story, on twitter, and on tumblr, but i really want to reach a scope beyond people i know personally.

- If you haven't already I would start looking into SEO best practices, particuarly around MetaData, Keywords and Link Strategy.Although you won't see instant success, it's a good way to start building up organic traffic from search over time.

- Share on all your social media, get your friends & family to share it on their social media, set up an Instagram account for the blog & follow people with a similar theme and keep the SM active, if you're yet to publish it perhaps plan a mini launch party on zoom to create a bit of buzz. Contact other blogs, podcasts, social media accounts with similar content/genre and get them to mention you. Good luck!
